Today was my second small project with Integrity Plumbing and Josh this past year - I was able to get a same day appointment (from 3pm-5pm) and Josh texted with an even earlier time at 2:30pm - Awesome! Josh arrived and was able to deal with a recessed box and keep the install within my budget. Overall super happy with the work, the people and the pricing. He even made the drywall work (which I will complete later) really clean and neat. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The plumber called when he was on the way to my house and arrived on time. He was very friendly and took great pride in his work. He installed a whole house filtration system which I had already purchased and did a good job.

Integrity Plumbing is the best! It's hard to find people who are honest do quality work these days, trust me, my dad has been a contractor for 40 years and most people just don't compare. I've had Integrity Plumbing do several repairs for me, they are quick to respond and get the work done, they advise but do not pressure or push necessary work. Plus, it's always nice to support a family run business. I will continue to use them for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I called in to get an estimate of service & Emily answered the phone. She was nice, professional, & incredibly transparent/upfront with all pricing. The other businesses I called all just wanted me to book an appointment first prior to giving any prices, huge mistake on them. Emily was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable when I told her what our issue was. I am so appreciative. This company literally lives up to their name. I will be confidently calling Integrity Plumbing for any more future plumbing needs.

Turn and RUN!!! We contracted with James/ Integrity plumbing on a full repipe. He was nearly 20% more than other companies but this being my second time going through a repipe I felt in good hands with James. I was wrong. Day of the repipe we had to call the team back because the new pex was scored during installation and began leaking hours after leaving. I was able to minimize the damage while waiting for their return thankfully. Day 2, patching. The patching/ texture guys damaged the water line to the fridge flooding the kitchen… they didn’t bother to clean immediately let us know and instead let water sit until I came home from work, my wife pointed it out and it was too late. Floor was buckled. I had to demand that James come out to reconnect the fridge and to visibly see the damage that had occurred. The patch and texture guys were trying to re connect the fridge which was extremely frightening. One of the selling points on the spending the extra 20% was how well the patch and texture guys were… we must have had the b team. They filled electrical boxes with mud/ stucco which we thankfully called them out on prior to completion, and the stucco work was extremely sub par. Additionally we had to have them out a few times for missed areas. Spackle covered EVERYTHING, including my motorcycles etc. After months of back and forth, and non follow ups we finally were able have our floor fixed. And the house back to normal. We had to call on a regular basis to get updates and move this forward. Don’t worry there is more. Month later we found our drier vent not connected either. Being in a tight closet it wasn’t immediately noticeable. I work in the industry, and can’t stress enough how horrible our experience was. I started the project by clearly communicating that the number 1 focus was to keep my wife happy durning the project which is why we contracted. Looking back I would have been better off doing the work myself. 0 star.

Fantastic service. Very responsive customer service team and then Steven the plumber was amazing. Super polite and incredibly helpful & thorough in his work. He explained what he had done. Went through pricing and cleaned up all without causing any fuss or worry. Am so happy with the job and the service. Would happily use this business again and refer to friends

Highly recommend!! I called about a clogged drain and they got me in same day. Then when the team member didn’t have the right part, James went out of his way to come to our house later that evening to ensure the job got done the same day. They also gave us options to try and save us money along the way. Great customer service and integrity!

Oh my gosh! I can’t believe what a great experience we had with the team at Integrity Plumbing. I had a drain clog and tried to fix it myself. When I finally called Integrity Plumbing, James tried to walk me through the process but it was a much deeper clog than we knew. So James sent his two top guys, Josh and Steven to try to unclog it. They were there within 15 minutes and not only did they fix the clog, they also did a safety check on our major plumbing items, hot water heater, main waterline and didn’t charge extra. I will definitely be using them for all our plumbing needs. Thanks James, Josh and Steven.
